Mr. William Perry Smith, age 31, of Knoxville, formerly of Harriman, passed away Wednesday April 1, 2015 He is survived by his mother and step-father: Pamela Sue and David Walker. One sister and brother-in-law: Joy and Sam Scarbrough. His grandmother: Betty Wills. Two aunts: Jean Miller and Robin Wills. One uncle: Scott Wills. One niece: Hayleigh Scarbrough.
