He was preceded in death by his parents: Wallace and Helen Pelham.
He is survived by his brother: James Pelham of Harriman. Two sisters: Lillian Mowery of Pennsylvania and Rosemary Pelham of New York. And many friends and loved ones.
A private service will be held at a later date.
