Tyndale Herbert Brown

Mr. Tyndale Herbert Brown, age 93, passed away Saturday May 11, 2013 at the Ben Atchley Veterans Home in Knoxville. T.H. was born in Sunbright, TN and served in the U.S. Army European Theater during World War II. On his return he worked for KUB in Knoxville and moved to Harriman after his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Tyndale H. and Clara Shannon Brown. Wives: Opal Daniel Brown and Mary Francis Brown. His daughter: Clara Brown Tackett. Three brothers: Arvine, Ira and James. And six sisters: Marie, Lela, Rebah, Ruby, Ruth and Winifred.
He is survived by his daughter: Julia Brown Sutton and her husband Charles. His grandchildren: Michael Dalton and wife April of Houston, TX, Cathy Moeller and husband Mike of Malabar, FL and Angela Dodd and husband Chris of Franklin, TN. His great grandchildren: Sed, Christopher and Justin Dalton, Casey, Morgan, Kendall, Luke and Liam Moeller, Katie, Elijah and Abigail Dodd. And many beloved nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday May 17, 2013 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Graveside services will be Friday morning at 10:30 AM at Highland South Memorial Park, Knoxville.
