Thomas Lynn Davis

Mr. Thomas Lynn Davis, age 63 of Lancing, went home to be with the Lord Monday November 3, 2014. He was a member of Clear Creek Baptist Church. He was employed by the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Tommy was a wonderful man, loved by all who knew him. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be greatly missed and will forever be in our hearts.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Clifford and Gladys Davis. Two sisters: Betty Williams and Rhonda Davis. And two nephews: Jeff Pass and Mark Davis. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years: Becky Pace Davis. His daughter and son-in-law: Brittany and Larry Johnson. His son: Corey Davis and girlfriend Cheyenne Finney. And one granddaughter: Taylor Raye Johnson. Five brothers and sisters-in-law: Kyle and Jane Davis of Illinois, Lewis and Betty Davis of Crossville, Vic and Beverly Davis of Wartburg, Steve and Debbie Davis of Mossy Grove and Mike and Tammy Davis of Sunbright. Three sisters and brothers-in-law: Doris and David Pass of Mossy Grove, Karen and Tony Stringfield of Illinois and Arlene and Larry Smith of Lancing. Several nieces, nephews and friends as well as his very dear father and mother-in-law: Harold and Fern Pace. The family will receive friends Wednesday November 5, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:30 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 7:30 PM with Bro. Vic Davis officiating. Graveside services will be Thursday morning at 11:00 am in Potters Chapel Cemetery in Lancing.
