Mrs. Shirley "Ann" Dean, age 67, of Rockwood, went home to be with the Lord on Friday March 15, 2013. A native of Chickamauga, GA, she moved to Roane County in 1971. She was an instructor at Tennessee School of Beauty and also a cook at Chuck's Deli.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Tom and Willie Ray Plemons.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law: Thomas "Kevin" Garner and Brian David and Tammie S. Garner all of Rockwood. And a host of extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday March 20, 2013 at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service follow at 8:00 PM with Pastor Charles Snodgrass officiating. Graveside services will be Thursday morning at 11:00 AM in Bethel Cemetery in Kingston.
