Sarah Ruth Richardson

Mrs. Sarah Ruth Richardson, age 63 of the Stevens community, went home to be with the Lord Monday February 13, 2012 at her home with her family by her side. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Ruth was a loving wife, mom, granny and sister. She was preceded in death by one son: Johnny Richardson. She is survived by her husband of 47 years: John Richardson. Two sons and daughters-in-law: Tony and Renee Richardson and Charles "Pee Wee" and Susie Richardson. One daughter: Denise Seiber. Nine grandchildren: Tasha, Erin, Jacob, Jared, Isaiah, Billy, Courtney, Maddie and Colton. One great-granddaughter: MacKenzie. Three sisters: Cookie, Judy and Darlene. Two brothers: Mike and Randy. And a host of nieces, nephews and other family, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Thursday February 16, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 PM with Rev. Ralph Wilson and Rev. Randy Wallace officiating. Graveside services will be Friday morning at 11:00 AM in the Stevens Cemetery. Davis Funeral Home, Wartburg, in charge of arrangements.
