Ruth Ann Steelman

Mrs. Ruth Ann Angel Steelman, age 55 of Rockwood passed away Saturday September 26, 2015 at Roane Medical Center. She was a loving mother, grandmother, wife and sister. Ruth Ann had a big heart and could find the good in anyone. She had a special place in her heart for children and animals and was always willing to open her home and her heart to anyone in need. She was preceded in death by her parents: Aubrey "Red" and Prescilla Tate Angel. One brother: Randy Angel. She is survived by her husband of 31 years: Terry Steelman. Two sons: Aubrey and Donnie Jones. Two brothers: Billy and Charles Angel. Special nieces: Miranda Steele. Twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other family, friends, and loved ones. The family will receive friends Wednesday September 30, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 PM with Pastor Harold Newby officiating. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Thursday afternoon in Fairview Cemetery in Kingston.
