Ruth Rose

Mrs. Ruth Edmonds Rose, age 80 of Harriman, passed away Wednesday April 2, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family. She retired from Roane Medical Center and is in the Roane County Bowling Hall of Fame. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: James H. Rose Her parents: John and Ella Tuck Edmonds Seven brothers and two sisters. She is survived by one daughter: Joyce and husband Robert Allen, all of Harriman. Four grandchildren: Terrance and wife Tabatha Clark, T.J. Clark, John Clark, and Billy Allen. And three great grandchildren: Tyler, Ryan, and Leaf Clark The family will receive friends Friday April 4, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. David Harmon and Minister Wendell Edmonds officiating. Interment will be held Saturday April 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM in Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood. Davis Funeral Home, Harriman in charge of arrangements.
