Ruby Jean Frost

Mrs. Ruby Jean "Granny" Frost, age 72 of Harriman, went home to be with our Lord Wednesday March 2, 2011 at her home. She was a long time member of Valley View Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband: Rev. Fred Allen Frost, Sr. And a special son-in-law: Gregory L. Turpin. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law: Brenda and William Daugherty. Her brother and sister-in-law: Jim and Darlene Frost. Two half sisters: Gail Johnson and Shelia Stegall. Two daughters and one son-in-law and best friend: Karen and Darrell Fink and Patricia Turpin. Two sons and one daughter-in-law: Freddie Frost, Byrum and Jennifer Frost all of Harriman. She is also survived by 10 precious grandchildren, 15 wonderful great grandchildren and a host of precious nieces and nephews as well as many dearly loved family, friends and church family members. The family will receive friends Saturday March 5, 2011 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will be Sunday March 6, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Valley View Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Bingham and Rev. Yogi White officiating. Interment will follow in the Mars Hill Cemetery in Kingston.
