Rosie lived much of her life in Oakdale where she raised 11 children with her late husband Robert Cook. She was well known and loved throughout the Oakdale Community and areas surrounding. Rosie was a long time member of the Church of God in Harriman and had a burning passion in her worship for Jesus Christ. Although she was so tiny and frail, she gave us all such courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life. She enjoyed quilting, loved to travel, was passionate about wildlife, always kept a smile on her face and a radiating personality.

She is survived by her five sons and daughters-in-law: George & Dorthy Cook, Frank & Ronda Cook all of Oakdale, Earl & Mary Cook of Rockwood, Buford & Pam Cook and Randy Cook also of Oakdale. Five daughters and sons-in-law: Mary Clark and Margie Clark both of Clarksville, Sandy & Junior Helton of Oakdale, Glenda & Butch Condrone of Harriman and Jeannie and Jeffrey Wittibslager of Oakdale. 20 grandchildren including a very special grandson Jeremy Wittibslager.
