Mr. Roscoe Perkins, age 82 of Kingston passed away Tuesday October 11, 2016 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He is preceded in death by his son: Paul Perkins. He is survived by his wife: Maureen Perkins. One son: Stephen John Perkins. And one daughter: Julaura Franks.
