Mrs. Rhonda Phillips , age 63, of Harriman passed away Tuesday April 17, 2018 at Roane Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Arthur and Bethal York
Four sisters: Nancy Capps, Susie Moss, Linda Ray and Caroline Glass
And one brother: Johnnie York
She is survived by two sons: James Luffman and Terry Russell
One daughter: Julie Russell
One brother and sister in law: JR and Gail York
One sister: Donna Smith
And a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
The family will have a graveside service on Friday April 20, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Piney Grove Cemetery.
