Patricia Summers

January 17, 1954 — March 3, 2025

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Hill Summers, affectionately known as "Sissy", a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, on March 3, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was 71 years old.

Born in Crossville, Tennessee January 17, 1954, with a heart too big for this world, Patricia embodied selflessness, kindness, and unwavering love. Patricia lived her life with a deep and unwavering love for Jesus Christ, whose teachings and grace guided her every action. She found comfort and strength in her relationship with the Lord, and her love for Him was evident in all that she did.

Her life was one of pure love and generosity-she would give you her very last penny, even if you were a stranger, and always made time to lend a compassionate ear to anyone in need. She never bought for herself but was always first in line to give to others, her actions consistently reflecting her immense love for those around her. She was a gypsy at heart, moving wherever her heart desired. Whether it be Detroit, Michigan, Crystal River, Florida or Deer Lodge, Tennessee she made each place a home of comfort and cherished memories.

As a wife, mother, and grandmother, Patricia was a pillar of strength, understanding, and unconditional love. Her family was her greatest treasure, and her heart was as vast as the love she poured into them. Affectionately known as "Jammie Grammy" by her grandchildren, she found comfort and joy in her beloved pajamas and cherished every moment spent with those she loved most.

Her love for life was simple yet profound. Whether it was her favorite foods-bacon and vanilla ice cream-or her steadfast principles that guided her every action, Patricia never wavered in her convictions. A proud patriot, she loved her country deeply and was a true conservative at heart. She fought for what was right, not out of spite but out of an unshakable belief in fairness and justice.

Patricia leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and unwavering loyalty to her family and friends. Her beautiful spirit, enormous heart, and infectious laughter will forever be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
