Michael Lynn Shillings

Mr. Michael Shillings, age 39 of Harriman, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, December 16, 2013 after he lost his battle with cancer. Michael was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Elmer and Irma Lee Lemons and Archie and Carrie Mae Shillings. He is survived by his parents: Mike and Linda Shillings. Two daughters: Brittany and Samantha Shillings. One brother and sister-in-law: Jason and Sonya Shillings. A very special niece Harlea, all of Harriman. And a host of other family members and friends. The family would like to say a special thank you to Melissa Parks, Linda Love and Barbara Martin who helped with his care, and also, to Dr. Wooten and all the hospice nurses that provided so much more than their jobs required. The family will receive friends Thursday December 19, 2013 from 6 to 8 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Memorial service will follow at 8 PM. Davis Funeral Home, Harriman, in charge of arrangements.
