Mary Ellen Bailey

Mrs. Mary Ellen Bailey, age 68 of Harriman, went home to be with the Lord Thursday February 28, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. She was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Charles and Mary Kate Wright.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years: David Bailey. Two daughters and a son-in-law: Sheila and Scott Almond and Nancy Burnette. Two brothers and a sister-in-law: Arnold and Mary Lou Wright and Calvin Wright. One sister: Phyllis Ellis. Six grandchildren: Brooke Almond, Madison Burnette, Amber Almond, Kaitlyn Burnette, Makenzie Burnette and Colton Almond. And a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
The family will receive friends Saturday March 2, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Mike Couch and Rev. Randy Griffis officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2:00 PM Sunday at Swan Pond Baptist Church Cemetery for graveside services.
