Mary Lenora Miller Alexander

Mrs. Mary Miller Alexander, age 85 of Harriman, passed away Thursday January 1, 2015 at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville.
She is preceded in death by her husband: E.B. "Tex" Alexander One son: James Brad Hawn And two sisters: Marjorie Synder and Helen Bishop She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law: Dale and Ann Alexander. Two daughters: Gail Alexander Galbreath and Jackie Alexander Voyles. One granddaughter who she raised as a daughter: Billie Jo Rieves-Freels. Five grandchildren: Brandon Alexander, Loni Arwood, Christopher Michael Alexander, Christie Lenora Galbreath and J. R. Voyles. Five great grandchildren. A special nephew and his wife: Roger and Judy Bishop along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Sunday January 4, 2015 from 12:00 to 2:30 PM at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman. The funeral service will follow at 2:30 PM in the chapel of Davis Funeral Home in Harriman with Rev. David Harmon officiating. The interment will be held following the funeral service in the Emory Heights Baptist Church Cemetery.
