Lorrie Kirk

Lorrie Kirk, age 61, of Loudon, TN, passed away on December 3, 2024, at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital in Knoxville, TN, after suffering a long illness. Ms. Kirk, originally from the community of Cedar Grove in West Tennessee, is survived by one son, Christopher Fesmire (Alisa) of Knoxville, TN, one sister, Kim Hill (Johnny) of Huntingdon, TN, and three grandchildren, Raegan Fesmire (Ryan Lee) of Bend, Oregon, Harrison Fesmire (Christen) of Knoxville, TN, and Taylor Fesmire of Knoxville, TN.


She was blessed by a niece that she loved like a daughter, Ashley Rimmer Townes (Jessie) of Cedar Grove and her three children that Ms. Kirk was like a grandparent to, Aaliyah, Krislee, and Joelee.


In addition, Ms. Kirk leaves behind nieces Kristin Flanagan, Anna Mitchell, and Johnna Hill as well as her long-term boyfriend, Roger Brooks.


She was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Kirk, her mother, Ann Stanford Kirk, one sister, Tammy Rimmer Spivey, and one nephew, Blake Rimmer.


Services will be held at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Cedar Grove, TN, on December 22, 2024, at 3 pm (Central Time) with receiving of friends from 2 pm (Central Time) until the time of the service.


The family would like to thank Davis Funeral Home in Harriman, TN, as well as Stanfill Funeral Home in Lexington, TN, for their assistance in Ms. Kirk's arrangements.
