Lola Ruth Farr

Mrs. Lola Ruth Mathis Farr, age 86 of Kingston, passed away Saturday November 5, 2011 at Harriman Care & Rehabilitations Center. Lola attended Walnut Hill Baptist Church in Harriman for many years and was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Kingston She was preceded in death by husband: William Franklin Farr. Son: William Boyd Farr. Parents: John and Jessie Whaley Mathis. One brother: John Dale Mathis. She is survived by two sons: Larry Farr of Knoxville and Dale and wife Carolyn Farr of Deer Lodge. Two daughters: Marcelle and husband Bob Hamlett of Kingston and Marsha and husband Brad Adkisson of Harriman. One brother: Clayton Mathis of Kingston. Eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Monday November 7, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 PM in the chapel of Davis Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Winters officiating. Interment will be Tuesday November 8, 2011 at 11:00 AM in Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood.
