Lillian Mae Stubbs

August 28, 1931 — July 19, 2018

Ms. Lillian Mae Sumner Stubbs , age 86, of Harriman born August 28, 1931 went to be with the Lord Thursday July 19, 2018.  She was a loving wife and mother.  Lillian was a dedicated Christian and a charter member of Calvary Baptist Church in Wartburg.  She loved her family and being a granny and spending time with them.  She also loved to watch the Lady Vols basketball.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years: Lonas  Stubbs.
Parents: Clyde & Vadie Sumner.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Darrell & Angie Stubbs of Harriman.
Daughter and son-in-law: Rhonda & Ray Swafford of Clarkrange.
Two sisters and brother-in-law: Mildred Underwood and Wanda & James Osborne.
Seven grandchildren and their spouses: Chris & Deana Swafford, Matthew & Candy Swafford, Dustin Stubbs, Brittany & Dave Kilburn, Karissa & Ross Sampson, Tyler & Jessica Stubbs, Brady Stubbs.
Twelve great grandchildren: Paige and Tenley Swafford, Jayda Swafford, Maleah, Kira, Lillie, Brantley and Ember Stubbs, Sylas and Laikyn Kilburn, Greer Sampson and Oaklyn Stubbs.
And a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
The family will receive friends on Sunday July 22, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman. The funeral service will follow at 8:00 PM with Bro. Benjie Blakney, Bro. Luke Hurst, and Bro. Josh Baldwin officiating. The graveside service will be Monday July 23, 2018 at 2:00 PM in Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood.
