Ledford Lincoln Cochran

Mr. Ledford L. Cochran, age 91, of Harriman, beloved father and grandfather, went home to be with his Lord, Monday September 27, 2010 at Roane Medical Center in Harriman. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Ledford loved to spend time with his family and friends and sharing stories of the past with everyone he knew. He will be sadly missed and always remembered by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years: Minnie Olmstead Cochran. And one daughter-in-law: Beverly King Cochran. He is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law: Ledford Cochran, Jr. and Lonnie and Tina Cochran. Two daughters and sons-in-law: Brenda and Les Arwood and Betty and Pete Reynolds. Two brothers: Bud and Daniel. Four sisters: Marcella, Willmena, Wilma Jane and Ethel. Several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and a host of special nieces, nephews and other family, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Wednesday September 29, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will be Thursday morning at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Davis Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Chasteen officiating. Interment will follow in the Roane Memorial Gardens.
