Kenneth Randall "Randy" Scarbrough

Mr. Kenneth "Randy" Scarbrough, Jr., age 64 of Loudon, TN passed away Monday, March 30, 2015 at Fort Loudon Medical Center. He was a retired member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 102. He was preceded in death by his mother: Bessie Scarbrough And one sister: Rhonda Crawford. He is survived by his wife: Janice Scarbrough of Loudon His father: Kenneth Scarbrough, Sr. of Knoxville One son: Kenneth Scarbrough III of Oak Ridge Three step sons: Joe and wife Jennifer Chesser, Jeremy and wife Angie Chesser, both of Harriman, and John Jason Chesser of Loudon. One sister: Brenda and husband Richard Neal of Knoxville Two sisters in law: Lavenia McNew of Harriman and Donna and husband Ether McKamey of Caryville Three brothers in law: Danny Underwood, David Underwood and wife Debby, both of Loudon, and John D. Underwood of Knoxville Ten grandchildren: Stacey Luttrell, Carrie Chesser, Chelsea Maples, John Chesser, Jared Chesser, Haley Chesser, Jordan Klein, Dominic Chesser, Logan Chesser, and Billy Joe Chesser Four great grandchildren: Sarah and Savannah Maples, Summer Chesser, and Aaron Humpfleet And several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. The memorial services will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. John Ward officiating.
