Julie Elaine Settles

Mrs. Julie Hamby Settles, age 36 of Harriman, went home to be with the Lord Sunday July 3, 2011 at her home. She worked at Amedisys Home Health Care in Oak Ridge as an LPN. Julie was a member of Valley View Baptist Church. Julie sang in church with her twin sister Jill and their father Gary all her life. She was preceded in death by her mother: Jane Pollard Hamby. She is survived by her children: Jacob and Megan Settles. Her father: Gary Hamby and his wife Anita. Her twin sister: Jill Daugherty and her husband Bill. Her husband: Hugh Allen Settles. And a host of cousins, family, church family, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Wednesday July 6, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Thursday July 7, 2011 at Valley View Baptist Church with Bro. Paul "Yogi" White and Pastor Gary Bingham officiating. Interment will follow in Roane Memorial Gardens.
