John Balanetsky

John Balanetsky Jr, aged 81, passed away on September 3, 2024. He was a beloved father, husband, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

John was born on March 15, 1943, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he spent his formative years. He went on to serve in the US Air Force and later attended Purdue University. John worked as a Regional Sales Manager in the Industrial Automation industry. Throughout his career, he was known for his hard work,

dedication, and enjoyment of building relationships with his clients.

But more than anything, John was a devoted father. He loved attending any sporting events of his children, joking, laughing, and being with them when not traveling for work. He was always there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement, no matter what challenges they faced.

In his free time, John enjoyed playing golf and chess, and always enjoyed the opportunity to meet new people in either setting.

John is survived by his wife: Judith Balanetsky.

Son: Jonathan (Alicia) Balanetsky.

Daughter Janell (Greg) Bitterly.

Grandchildren: Kaelyn, Tucker, Hunter, Alyvia and Colby; sisters Pat Larid and Mary Ann Flemming.

Brother: Bob Balanetsky.

His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
