James Edward Schubert

Mr. Ed Schubert, age 75 of Kingston, was promoted to eternal life Wednesday June 4, 2014. He attended the First Baptist Church of Kingston and was a long time member of the International Union of Operating Engineers. He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years: Mary Ann Ford Schubert. And his parents: Paul and Fannie Schubert. He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law: Tommy and Kathy Schubert, Tony and Teresa Schubert all of Harriman and Mike and Wendy Schubert of Kingston. Four grandchildren: Travis, Hannah, Katie and Morgan Schubert. Three great grandchildren: Jeriah, Jace and Jarin Schubert. Three brothers and sisters-in-law: Earl and Judy Schubert, Joe and Pat Schubert and Willie and Debbie Schubert. One sister: Margaret Schubert. His loyal companion: his dog Buddy and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved one. The family will receive friends Saturday June 7, 2014 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM with Rev. Sonny Works officiating. Interment will follow in Roane Memorial Gardens.
