James Alan Duncan

Mr. James Alan Duncan, age 50 of Kingston passed away Friday June 20, 2014 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He is preceded in death by his father: Roland Bray. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years: Ruby Duncan. His mother: Josephine Duncan of Harriman. Three sons and one daughter-in-law: Shawn and Linda Moore of Wartburg, Tyler Duncan and his "little man" Dalton Duncan both of Kingston. Three daughters and two sons-in-law: Amy and Jim Neeley, Nichole and Jonathan Fuqua all of Harriman and Heather Duncan of Clinton. One brother and sister-in-law: Wallace and Sherry Scarbro of Tunnel Hill, Georgia. Four sisters: Pansy Gail Brewer of Arizona, Marilyn Walters of Oak Ridge, Shirley Lowe of Virginia and his sidekick Jean Scarbro of Harriman. Eight grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday June 24, 2014 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. The funeral service will follow at 6:00 PM with Rev. Estel Sharp officiating. Interment will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery.
