Houston Eugene Oran

Mr. Houston Eugene Oran, age 75, a life-long resident of Harriman passed away Tuesday July 21, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents: Howard and Montez Oran. His grandparents: William and Lily Patton. And two brothers: David and Quentin Oran. He is survived by three children: Regina Walker and her husband Will, Sheila Fritts and her husband Darryl and Bryan Oran all of Harriman. Five grandchildren: Laura (Fritts) Steele, Bryan-Kawika Oran, Brittany Hendrix, Zackery Coffey and Madison Oran. Three great grandchildren: Zoey, Lexie and Brantley Hendrix. Two sisters and brothers-in-law: Joyce and Pete Bruce, Teresa and David Noe all of Knoxville. A very special, devoted friend: Ernest Ford. His physician and loving friend: Amy Jenkins and her husband Jason. Life-long friends: Arthur Lee Oody and Sonny Sullivan. His two best buddies: Tony "Speedy" Abner and Kayla Nance. The family would like to express their extreme gratitude for the exceptional, loving care given by Mary Gilbert and Lacy Phillips. The family will receive friends Friday July 24, 2015 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM with Chaplain Tom Hicks officiating. Interment will follow in Roane Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Davis Funeral Home 715 Morgan Avenue Harriman, TN 37748 to help with the funeral expenses.
