Harvey "Spunky" Hill

Mr. Harvey Wayne "Spunky" Hill, age 75, of Oakdale, went home to be with the lord on Saturday August 31, 2024, with his loving wife by his side. Spunky was fun to be around and was always cutting up and joking with his family and friends. He enjoyed Go Kart racing with his sons and his grandchildren. He also enjoyed spending time with family and playing with the great grandchildren.

Spunky is preceded in death by his parents: Robert Hill & Imogene Davis Hill.

Six brothers: Bobby, Billy, Richard, L.G, Jack, and Fred Ray Hill.

Two sisters: Velma Human & Elizabeth Burnette.

He is survived by his wife: Carolyn King Hill.

Two sons & one daughter-in-law: Harvey Wayne Jr & Janet Hill, and Charles Andrew Hill.

Grandchildren: Paige Hill, Katelyn (Jordan) Connell, Andrew (Destiny) Hill, Bailey Myers and Alex Hill.

Great Grandchildren: Kaiden & Kali-Ann Connell, Caroline Bryant, Violet & Jasper Hill, and River Robinson.

Three brothers: Tim, Jim, and Otis Hill.

Three sisters: Mary-Ada Henderson, Agnes Lewis, and Patricia Summers.

Special friends: Benny & Glenda Presley and Earl Cook.

Along with many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. A funeral service will follow with Bro. Jeff Parrott Officiating. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 11:00 A.M at Piney Church Cemetery in Oakdale.
