Georgia Mae Williams

Mrs. Georgia Mae Wright Williams, age 78, of Harriman, beloved Mother and Grandmother, passed on to be with the Lord Sunday March 13, 2011 at Parkwest Medical Center. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years: Marvin Williams. Her parents: William Browder and Viola Wright. One sister: Anne Ladd. And two brothers: John and Wesley Wright. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law: Mona and Johnny Devine, Ava and David Laxton, Tracie and Al Swymer. Two sons and daughters-in-law: Joel and Joy Williams, Mark and Angela Williams. Sixteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Two sisters and brothers-in-law: Marilyn and Bill Ethridge, Nancy and Stanley Jenkins. Four brothers and sisters-in-law: Jack and Jennie Wright, Steven and Debbie Wright, Tom Wright, Jerry and Sharon Wright. One sister-in-law: Glenna Chaney and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Tuesday March 15, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday March 16, 2011 at Emory Heights Baptist Church in Harriman with Rev. Wayne Nelson and Rev. Jeff Chaney officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
