George Ben Delius

Mr. Ben Delius, age 87 of Harriman, passed away Tuesday September 9, 2014 at Roane Medical Center in Harriman. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years: Florence Wright Delius. His parents: Charles Albert and Daisy Dean Delius. One son: Charles Mac Delius. Five brothers: Charles, Bill, James, Paul and Zane. Five sisters: Blanch Caroline, Dorcas Ruth, Mae, Alberta and Inez. He is survived by one daughter: Phyllis Lindsay. Two sons and one daughter-in-law: Kenneth and Carol Delius and Tim Delius. A daughter-in-law: Sue Delius. Six grandchildren and their spouses: Keith and Elaine Lindsay, Lisa and Eddie Lee, Steven Lindsay, Christy and Geoff Robson, George and Melanie Delius, Wesley and Christy Delius. Seven great grandchildren: Erin Lindsay, Alyssia Lindsay Harper, Adam, McKenzie and Sidney Lee, Ethan and Lauren Robson. Two great-great grandchildren: Eli Mendez and Benton Delius. One sister: Thelma Byrd. Two sisters-in-law: Imogene and Pauline Delius. And a host of nieces, nephews and other family, friends and loved ones. Family and friends will meet at Crab Orchard Cemetery for graveside services at 2:00 PM Thursday September 11, 2014. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O.
