Freddie Lewis Barry

Mr. Freddie L. Barry, age 72 of Harriman passed away Tuesday October 7, 2014 at Roane Medical Center. Freddie retired from the city of Harriman after 30 years of service. He also attended the Believers Voice of Deliverance Church. He was preceded in death by his parents: Fred and Juanita Barry And three brothers: Larry, William "Rabbit", and James "Jr." Barry. He is Survived by his wife of 50 years: Judy Ellison Barry Two sons: Richard Barry and wife Robin and Charles Barry One brother: Lonnie Barry Three sisters: Shelby Gilmore, Judy May Lynn, and Margaret Stafford Eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren And a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. The family will receive friends Thursday October 9, 2014 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM inside the chapel of Davis Funeral Home at Harriman. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with the Rev. James Springs officiating. Graveside services will be held following the funeral service in Ollis Cemetery.
