Emilio Smithwick

Mr. Emilio Smithwick, III, age 35 of Harriman, formerly of Port Lavaca, Texas passed away Sunday August 14, 2011. He was a loving son, brother, father and uncle. Emilio was born June 19, 1976 in Ganado, Texas to the late Emilio Smithwick, II and the late Margaret Gonzales Ochoa. He is survived by his children: Joseph Aaron Pena of Sugarland, TX, Brandon Scott Smithwick of Oliva, TX, Ian Smithwick of Victoria, TX, Jayden Zander Smithwick and Jasmine Margaret Smithwick both of Harriman. He is also survived by one brother and sister-in-law: Daniel and Priscilla Smithwick of Katy, TX. One sister and brother-in-law: Debbie and Lupe Rivera of Port Lavaca, TX. His stepfather: Bob Ochoa of Austin, TX. Stepsisters: Ruth Baker of Olivia, TX and Valerie Ochoa of Austin, TX. Three nieces: Adrianna Perez, Alexis Smithwick and Janessa Smithwick of Katy, TX. Four nephews: Lupe Riveria, Jacob Rivera, Xavier Rivera of Port Lavaca, TX and Aiden Smithwick Katy, TX.
