Elbert Stanley Hughes

Mr. Stanley Hughes age 62, of Harriman, passed away Saturday February 28, 2015 at U.T. Medical Center. He was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Stanley enjoyed reading and spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents: Elbert and Jo Hughes. And one son: Lee Hughes. He is survived by his wife of 43 years: Linda Hughes. Two sons and one daughter-in-law: James Hughes and Jason and Melissa Hughes. One daughter: Stacy Hughes. Twelve grandchildren: Christopher Hughes and his wife Tara, Tasha Hughes, Destiny Hughes, Candace Hughes, Bryson Hughes, Mason Hughes, Kayla Hughes, Gage Hughes, Chelsea Hughes, Jacob Harvey, Ashton Scott and Garrett Harvey. One great grandson: Bentlee Hughes. One brother and sister-in-law: Todd and Tracy Hughes. One sister: Donna Hughes. And a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. The family will receive friends on Wednesday March 4, 2015 at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Garvin Walls officiating.
