Dwight "Ike" Brackett

Mr. Dwight "Ike" Brackett, age 67 of Harriman passed away Friday January 10, 2014 at his home. He served in the US Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. Ike was a well-known mechanic in Roane County for many years. He was preceded in death by his father: Robert Q. Brackett. He is survived by his mother: Alice Bernice Brackett. His son: Mark Brackett. Four brothers: Ray, Hoyt, Keith and Kevin Brackett. One sister: Sandra Kerr. His longtime friend and companion: Kay Frost. And a host of nieces and nephews and other family, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Monday January 13, 2014 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM with Bro. Kevin Webb and Bro. Bucky Kerr officiating. Interment will follow in Roane Memorial Gardens.
