Donald Hubert Strickland

Mr. Donald H. Strickland, age 70 of Wartburg, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday October 1, 2016 with his family by his side. Donald was a man who loved the Lord. He was a member of Coal Hill Baptist Church. Donald served his country in the United States Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was preceded in death by his daughter: Brandy Davis. He is survived by his wife: Stacey M. Strickland. One son and daughter-in-law: Michael and Karen Strickland. One daughter and son-in-law: Shannon and Keith Brunson. One son-in-law: Tim Davis. Seven grandchildren, his church family at Coal Hill and a host of other friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Tuesday October 4, 2016 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at Coal Hill Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM with Pastor T. J. Aytes officiating. Interment will follow in the Coal Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Donald requested that donations be made to the Coal Hill Baptist Church Youth Fund 1170 Main Street Wartburg, TN 37887.
