Dennis Chadwell

Dennis Chadwell, age 47, of Crossville, TN. Loving husband, father and son known for his humorous personality and love of God and family left us on September 21, 2024. Born July 31, 1977. Dennis lived a life of tremendous passion and service towards others especially during his time as a police officer. Dennis was an alumni of Harriman High School and Walters State College.

He preceded in death by his father: Kenneth Chadwell.

Grandparents: Jobby & Edith Byrge.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 28 years: Misty Crabtree Chadwell.

Three children: Ryan, Nicholas and Karigan.

Mother: DeAnna Miller

Father: Marshal Miller.

Brother & sister-in-law: Kenny & Felicia Chadwell.

Sister & brother-in-law: Anna & Aaron Lawson.

Along with many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

His departure leaves an unfillable void in their lives, yet they find comfort in the memories and everlasting love they shared.

Dennis Chadwell, a beam of kindness and love will forever reside in our hearts. As we grapple with the loss of his physical presence, we find solace in knowing that Dennis resides with our heavenly father. Dennis’ life was defined by his joy in Christ. There are no words to express how grateful and blessed we are to have had him in our lives however briefly. 

The family will receive friends Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. EST A funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM with Bro. Lonnie Welden officiating.

Due to inclement weather the graveside service will be postponed to Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 3:00 noon EST at Crab Orchard Church Cemetery in Oakdale.
