Denette Carpenter - Hunt

Mrs. Denette Carpenter Hunt, age 36 of the Burville community in Sunbright, passed away Sunday August 30, 2015 at her home. She was a private duty nurse and had worked at local nursing homes. She enjoyed NASCAR racing, classic rock and country music. She is survived by two daughters: Dawn and Christina Curtis. Three sons: Justin, Christopher and Patrick Curtis. Her mother: Lynn Carpenter of Burville. Her father: Robert Carpenter of Helenwood. Two sisters: Jaylina Carpenter of Cleveland, TN and Jayme Carpenter of Helenwood. And her best friend: Denice Shelley. The family will receive friends Thursday September 3, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 PM.
