Mr. Charles Francis Kaldenbach, age 81, passed away Thursday September 22, 2016. Charles was born in Washington D.C. on January 8th, 1935 and was raised on the family's Hydromont Farm in Charles County MD. He was a USAF Korean War era vet who served as crew member on a B-36 bomber. He met his wife of 61, Marcella Nardinger of Everett Washington, while stationed in Washington. After the Air Force, Charles had a long career as an engineer living in Texas, Florida, and Maryland working on various projects such as the Hubble Space Telescope before retiring with Marcella to Harriman. Charles enjoyed sports, bird watching, RVing, and boating. He was preceded in death by his parents: Charles Edward and Evelyn Bladen Kaldenbach And two great grandsons. He is survived by his wife of 61 years: Marcella Nardinger Kaldenbach Five sons: Eugene of Harriman, Victor of Fort Worth, Texas, Brian of Kingston, Kevin of Stephenville, Texas, and Michael of Lakeland, Georgia Two daughters: Theresa Branum of Granbury, Texas and Michelle Minnich of Knoxville Eighteen grandchildren And twenty one great grandchildren The family will have a private service at a later date.
