Mr. Charles M. Howard, age 74 of Harriman, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday February 19, 2013 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Ralph and Lora Howard. Two brothers: R.L. and Gene Howard. And two sisters: Betty Howard and Jimmy Halburnt.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years: Nancy Brown Howard. Two daughters: Diane Hamby and Anita Edwards. One brother: Tom Howard. Two sisters: Peggy Edwards and Robbie Rose. And three grandchildren: Courtney Coker and her husband Lee, Noel Stubbs and Joshua Hamby.
A private graveside will be held in Dyllis Cemetery.
