Carol Curtis Monroe

Mrs. Carol Curtis Monroe, age 69 of Harriman passed away Tuesday September 22, 2015 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was of the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her parents: Hobart Daniel Curtis, Sr. and Barbara Ellen Bumpus. Two brothers: Bruce and George Curtis. One sister: Kathleen Curtis She is survived by her husband: Robert Monroe Six children: Barbara James of Oak Ridge, Tammy Gibson of Harriman, Tony Gibson of Oak Ridge, Darren Davis of Canada, Robby Monroe of Kentucky, and Tammy Best of Harriman. One sister: Linda Tate of Oakdale Two brothers: Hobart Daniel Curtis, Jr. of Vilonia, Arkansas and Conrad Curtis of Perry, Georgia Twelve grandchildren Seven great grandchildren And a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. The family will have a memorial service at 198 Powers Rd. Oakdale, Tennessee on Saturday September 26, 2015 at 1:00 PM. Davis Funeral Home, Wartburg in charge of arrangements.
