Bobby Joe Inman

Mr. Bobby Joe Inman, age 74 of the Pine Orchard community, passed away Tuesday May 12, 2015 at his home. Bobby was a 49 year member and Past Master of Southgate Lodge #569. Due to his Cherokee heritage, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being one with nature. He was extremely skillful with longbow, rifle, and fishing rod. His senses were amazing. His happiest days were spent hitting the woods and streams before sunrise, and remaining there until that last drop of sunshine was gone. That was his true home. He was preceded in death by his parents: Henry and Edith Inman One son: Robert Jeffery Inman. And one brother: Lloyd Inman. He is survived by his wife: Sarah Tallent Inman. One daughter: Jody Gossett and her husband Randy of Ringold, Georgia. Two step-sons: Bill Alexander and his wife Alisa of Lancing and Weston Alexander and his wife Cristi of Oliver Springs. One sister: Virginia Mee Five grandchildren: Jacob Gossett, Will, Ben, Madison, and Michael Alexander. And a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. The family will receive friends on Saturday May 16, 2015 at Davis Funeral Home from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Masonic services will be held at 12:00 PM. with funeral services to follow with Bro. Bobby Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in Roane Memorial Gardens.
