Beverly June Human, age 80 of Harriman, Tennessee passed away Thursday January 30, 2020 at Parkwest Medical Center. She retired as a Supervisor of Communications for the California Highway Patrol. Beverly was the glue that held her family together, hosting over 25 family reunions that would draw family from across the US. She also co-hosted (with her sister-in-law, Freeda Greer) a family web site and a family Facebook page where family members could share pictures and stories no matter how far away they lived. Family was everything to Beverly. She is preceded in death by husband: Jimmy C. Human Sr. Her parents: Charles Rusher and Mildred Young. Stepmother: Elizabeth Rusher. Two sisters: Sally Lawrence and Becky Rusher. She is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law: Jim, Jr. & Carolyn Human, David Human, and Bill & Linda Human. Brother & sister-in-law: Bill & Patty Rusher. Sister & brother-in-law: Linda & Terry Vanover. Two grandsons and their wives: Nickolas & Tegan Human and Cody & Alexandria Human. Great granddaughter: Catalina Human. And many other nieces, nephews, and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020 in open house style beginning at 2:00 PM at Beverly's home in Harriman, Tennessee. In typical Beverly fashion, her home will be open to all family and friends as a gathering place to share food, stories, laughter, and most of all, love.
