Betty Sue Alexander

Mrs. Betty Sue Alexander, age 70 of Harriman, passed away Saturday May 5, 2012 at Roane Medical Center in Harriman. She was preceded in death by two daughters: Nancy E. Adkisson and Rosanna Cox. And her parents: Herman Haynes and Maxine Sutton. She is survived by two sons: Scott Dillard Hall of Kingston and Thomas Edward Shelton of Georgia. Six grandchildren: Kaci Amber Hall, Justin Adam Cox, Amanda and Bridgett Ledbetter, Thomas Shelton, Jr. and Constance Shelton. One brother and sister-in-law: Marshall and Mary Jane Haynes of Warwick, Rhode Island. One sister: Doris Gibson of Harriman. Special friends: Thelma Phillips and Dorothy Bray. And her special pet and companion: Dillon. The family will receive friends Tuesday May 8, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 PM. Interment services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice.
