Anthony Joseph "Tony" Malenovsky

Mr. Anthony "Tony" Malenovsky, age 83 of Harriman, went home to be with Jesus October 17, 2014, 2014. He served in the Army during the Korean War and was retired from the Harriman Paperboard. Tony was a member of Big Emory Baptist Church where he served the Lord faithfully. Tony was an avid fisherman and enjoyed gardening and loved Tennessee football and the Lady Vols. Tony was a loving father, grandfather and friend to all. He was preceded in death by his mother: Cecelia Palko Malenovsky. Brother and best friend: Bernard Malenovsky. 3 sisters: Cecelia Rich, Francis Freels and Mary Helen Dimercurio. He is survived by two daughters and son-in-law: Veronica Robinette,
Cindy and husband Dana Hall. One son: Doug Malenovsky. Two brothers: Eddie and Carl Malenovsky Two Sisters: Julia Seymour and Kate Malenovsky. Grandchildren: Shane, Katy, Myles, Micah, Caleb, Bethany, Logan, Landon, Lyra and Layla. A special thank you to two dear friends: Buck Armes and David Harmon. And a host of nieces and nephews. Also a special thank you to all of the staff at NHC in Oak Ridge. The family will receive friends October 19, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. The funeral service will be October 20, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Rev. David Harmon officiating. Graveside services will follow in the Palko Cemetery in Little Emory. Memorial donation can be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation at donations@warriorfoundation.com
