Anna Lee Smith

Mrs. Anna Lee Kennedy Smith, age 71 of Wartburg, formerly of the Chestnut Ridge Community, passed away Friday January 25, 2013 at Roane Medical Center in Harriman. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Dillard and Sallie Taylor Kennedy. Three brothers: Jackie, Carl and Merle Kennedy. One sister: Phyllis Thompson. And one great granddaughter: Marlie Elizabeth Rigney.
She is survived by four daughters and three sons-in-law: Nancy and Wayne Jeffers, Peggy and David Reagan all of Crossville, Teresa Robbins of Clarkrange and Nellie and Shawn Phillips of Wartburg. Two sons and one daughter-in-law: J.T. Smith of Clarkton, MO and Speedy Jr. and Helen Smith of Grimsley. Two brothers: James Kennedy of Detroit, MI and Randall Kennedy of Crossville. Twenty-two grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
The family will receive friends Sunday January 27, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral will follow at 8:00 PM with Rev. Bill Durham officiating. Graveside services will be Monday afternoon at 2:00 PM in Adams Hill Cemetery in Deer Lodge.
