Allene Sarah Carr

Mrs. Sarah Allene Bailey Carr, age 100, of Crossville, formerly of Harriman, Guam and Mississippi, passed away Monday September 26, 2011 in her home in Crossville. She was preceded in death by her husband: H.M. Carr, Jr., Her parents: Joseph Harry and Sarah Elizabeth Bailey. And her siblings: Howard, Chassie and Margaret. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Henry and Susan Carr of Crossville. And several nieces, nephews and other family, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Sunday October 2, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Davis Funeral Home in Harriman. Graveside services will then follow at 2:30 pm in the Harriman City Cemetery with Brother Freeman Hicks officiating.
