Alberta Lynn Bratek

Mrs. Alberta "Birdie" Bratek, age 57 of Deer Lodge passed away Friday September 2, 2016 at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville. She was a member of Pleasant Green Church of the Nazarene. Birdie was a good Christian woman. She had a deep love for people, her greatest joy in life was serving those around her and caring for her animals. She is survived by her husband of 24 years: Steven Bratek. One son: Ronald Alan Massey. One grandson: Ronald Tyler Massey. Three granddaughters: Trisha Kaszak, Kayle Kaszak and Destiny Riveria. Her brother: Buddy. Five sisters: Jeanie, Sheila, Linda, Cindy and Hope. Several nieces and nephews, along with her church family at she loved dearly. The family will receive friends Tuesday September 6, 2016 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Pleasant Green Church of the Nazarene in Deer Lodge. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday September 7, 2016 at the church with Pastor L.P. Ford officiating. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Green cemetery.
